Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter & peanut butter
In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs & vanilla
Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients
In another bowl, whisk oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into the wet mixture until combined.
Fold in the fun
Gently stir in chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
Scoop & bake
Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons each) onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft.
Cool
Let cookies rest on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Pro Tip:
For extra color and appeal, press a few extra candy-coated chocolates on top of each cookie right after baking.
