Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Place them in the prepared baking dish.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering the tops completely.
Step 5: Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
