Marinated Tomato Salad with Herbs & Garlic

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Tomatoes

Slice large tomatoes into wedges or rounds. If using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half. Place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Combine & Marinate

Pour the marinade over the tomatoes. Toss gently to coat without breaking them apart.

Step 4: Let the Flavors Develop

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring gently halfway through.

Step 5: Serve

Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with extra fresh herbs.
