Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Brownie Cups

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.
Fill each cup 1/3 full with brownie batter.
Bake 8–10 minutes—just until the top is set but still soft.
Remove from the oven and use a spoon to gently press down the center to make a “cup.”


2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla; mix until creamy.


3. Fill and Bake

Spoon cheesecake mixture into each brownie cup, filling almost to the top.
Bake another 10–14 minutes, until cheesecake is set around the edges.
Let cool completely. Chill for at least 1 hour for best texture.


4. Add Toppings

Top with chocolate syrup, caramel, whipped cream, candies, nuts, or anything you like.
