Layered Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan or 9×13 dish with parchment for easy removal.

  2. Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom. Trim pieces if needed.

  3. Spread a thick layer of whipped topping over the sandwiches.

  4. Drizzle chocolate fudge (and caramel if using) over the whipped topping.

  5. Sprinkle optional crushed cookies or candy on top.

  6. Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches.

  7. Repeat layers of whipped topping, fudge, and candy.

  8. Cover the whole cake with whipped topping so it’s fully coated.

  9. Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best slicing.

  10. Slice and serve frozen.
