Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and both sugars until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.

Stir in oats, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.

Scoop large portions of dough (about 1/4 cup each) onto baking sheets, spacing well apart.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are set.

Cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
