Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Beef Mixture
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Make the Filling
Transfer the beef mixture to a large mixing bowl.
Add the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
(If using optional add-ins, mix them in at this stage.)
Assemble the Bites
Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles or squares.
Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each piece.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Shape into small, sealed bundles.
Bake
Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
If desired, brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor and browning.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve warm with dipping sauces like creamy cheese sauce or garlic butter sauce.
