Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: garnishes of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the cabbage into approximately 1-inch thick steaks.
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Brush each cabbage steak with olive oil on both sides.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
