Honey Garlic Bacon Chicken

1. Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks if needed.

2. Sear the Chicken

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Sear bacon-wrapped chicken on all sides until bacon is golden (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Remove chicken and set aside.

3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to low.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Bake

Return chicken to the skillet, spoon some sauce over the top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

5. Serve

Remove toothpicks, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Tips and Variations

Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before wrapping in bacon.
