Halloween Mini Bat Taco Cheeseballs

Instructions:

  1. Make the cheeseball mixture:
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined. Add chopped bell pepper or onion if desired.

  2. Shape into balls:
    Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch each).

  3. Chill:
    Place the cheeseballs on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Coat:
    Roll each cheeseball in crushed tortilla chips or black sesame seeds for texture and color.

  5. Decorate:

    • Cut small pieces of black olives and press them on as “eyes.”

    • Gently insert two blue corn tortilla chips into the sides to form bat wings.

  6. Serve:
    Arrange on a spooky platter and keep chilled until ready to serve.
