Grilled Herb and Garlic Shrimp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare marinade:
    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  2. Marinate shrimp:
    Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes (no longer than 1 hour).

  3. Preheat grill:
    Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  4. Grill shrimp:
    Thread shrimp onto skewers (if using). Grill for about 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and slightly charred.

  5. Serve:
