Ginger Water: The healthiest drink to burn belly, neck, arm, back and thigh fat!

Making Ginger Water:

You’ll need:

A few slices of ginger root

1.5 liters of water

A splash of lemon juice (optional)

How-To:

Boil the water and add ginger slices. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. After it cools a bit, strain the mixture, add lemon juice if desired, and enjoy. For best results, drink a glass in the morning before breakfast and another before dinner.
