Garlic Ginger Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Instructions

1. Prep the Bok Choy

If using baby bok choy, cut in half or quarters.
If using regular bok choy, chop stems and leaves separately.

2. Sauté Aromatics

Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger.
Cook 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn).

3. Cook the Bok Choy

Add bok choy stems first; cook 2–3 minutes until just tender.
Add bok choy leaves and cook another 1–2 minutes until wilted.

4. Add the Sauce

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar/honey if using.
Toss to coat everything evenly.
Cook 1 minute more.

5. Finish

Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
Top with sesame seeds or red pepper flakes if desired.

If you want, I can add:
• a spicy version
• a noodle bowl version
• a chicken or shrimp version
