Ingredients (Makes about 16 bars)
Crust:

2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs

½ cup (100 g) melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

Cheesecake filling:

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

¾ cup (150 g) sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup (120 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt

Ganache:

7 oz (200 g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped

¾ cup (180 ml) heavy cream (35%)

1 tablespoon butter (optional, for shine)
