Instructions
1. Make the jelly

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 1 cup boiling water.

Add 1 cup cold water and stir.

Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.

Once set, cut into small cubes.
2. Cook the tapioca pearls

Bring 4 cups water to a boil.

Add tapioca pearls and cook for 10–15 minutes until translucent.

Turn off heat, cover, and let sit 5 minutes.

Rinse under cold water.

Toss with a little sugar if you want them sweet.
3. Build the drink

Add a handful of cooked tapioca to each glass.

Add jelly cubes.

Fill the glass halfway with fruit juice.

Top with milk, coconut milk, or more juice.

Add ice and fresh fruit pieces if desired.
