Fried Chicken Sandwich (drumstick style with hot sauce) OR Fried Pork Chop Sandwich

Instructions:

Pound pork chops lightly to tenderize. Marinate in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

Mix flour with seasonings.

Heat oil in skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Remove pork chops from buttermilk, dredge in flour, and coat well.

Fry 4–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Drain on paper towels. Serve between slices of sandwich bread.

Serving Ideas:

Add pickles, lettuce, or coleslaw inside the sandwich.

Serve with fries or potato wedges on the side.

Spice it up with hot sauce or honey butter glaze.
