Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil and half of the seasonings. Spread them evenly in the dish.

Season both sides of the chicken with the remaining spices and lay on top of the vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
