Flaky Croissants

Shortcut: Buy good-quality bakery croissants.
Homemade Version:

4 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp instant yeast

1 ½ cups milk (warm)

1 cup butter (cold, for laminating)

Instructions:

Make a yeast dough and chill.

Laminate with butter (fold and roll 3 times).

Shape into crescents, let rise.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.

Fresh Fruit Platter

Fruits in your picture: Watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, apples, mandarins, golden berries, passion fruit.
Tip: Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange by color for a vibrant look.
