Eggnog Truffles (Ready in 3 Minutes)

Instructions

Melt the chocolate

Gently melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

Mix

Stir in the eggnog and cookie crumbs until a firm mixture forms.

Shape

Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

Coat

Roll each truffle in shredded coconut or ground almonds until fully coated.

Chill

Place in the fridge briefly to set – and they’re ready to enjoy!

Tip:

For an extra touch, dip the truffles in melted dark chocolate and drizzle with a little white chocolate for decoration.

Pack them in a pretty box and they make a perfect homemade gift.
