Ingredients
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
8 large eggs
½ cup milk
8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a nonstick pan over medium heat until just set (slightly soft, since they’ll bake again).
Prepare buns: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Assemble sliders: Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the buns, followed by bacon slices and shredded cheese. Place the top halves of buns back on.
Butter topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the buns.
Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Tip: Swap bacon for sausage patties or ham if you like variety. You can even add a drizzle of maple syrup for a sweet-savory twist.
