Easter Chocolate Nests

Instructions
Melt the chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips (and peanut butter, if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Coat the noodles:

Gently stir in chow mein noodles or cereal until fully coated in chocolate.

Shape the nests:

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Use the back of the spoon to create a small indent in the center of each.

Add the eggs:

While chocolate is still soft, place 2–3 candy eggs in each nest.

Set & store:

Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
