Deconstructed Sushi Bowl

Instructions:

 

Cook the rice: Rinse the sushi rice until water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Once done, mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Let cool slightly.

Prepare the toppings: Slice the avocado and cucumber. Keep crab sticks whole or shred them.

Assemble the bowl:

Place sushi rice on one side of the plate.

Arrange crab sticks, cucumber slices, and avocado slices neatly.

Add sauce: Drizzle spicy mayo over the top (adjust spiciness by adding more or less sriracha).

Serve: Enjoy immediately, optionally with soy sauce or pickled ginger on the side.

Extra tip: Sprinkle sesame seeds or nori flakes for authentic sushi flavor.
