Crispy Potato and Bacon Sheet Pan

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prep Potatoes: Wash and cut potatoes into halves or quarters for even cooking. Pat them dry to ensure crispiness.

Season: In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange on Sheet Pan: Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large sheet pan. Leave space between pieces for better crisping.

Add Bacon: Scatter bacon pieces evenly over the potatoes.

Roast: Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden and bacon is crispy.

Optional Cheese: In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:

Great as a side for grilled steak, chicken, or eggs.

Turn it into a breakfast hash by adding fried eggs on top.

Serve with sour cream or ranch dip.
