Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prep Potatoes

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into even pieces for uniform cooking.

3. Season

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

4. Roast

Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for maximum crispiness.

Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a little extra Parmesan before serving.

Tips for Extra Crispiness

Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry before seasoning.

Use a hot baking sheet (preheat in oven) for an extra crunch.

Don’t overcrowd the pan—give them space to roast, not steam.
