Crispy Breaded Mushrooms

Instructions

Prepare the Mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems if necessary. Pat them dry.

Set Up Breading Station:

Put flour in one bowl.

Beat eggs in a second bowl.

Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.

Bread the Mushrooms:
Dip each mushroom first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, coating well. Press lightly so the crumbs stick.

Fry Until Golden:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve:
Serve hot with your favorite dip — garlic aioli, ranch, or a spicy sriracha mayo all work beautifully.
