Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta shells in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season & Cook the Chicken
Rub chicken with olive oil and all dry seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper).
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thickly.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce
In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add flour and whisk for 1 minute to make a roux.
Slowly whisk in milk and cream until smooth.
Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Add cooked pasta shells and toss until well coated.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
Arrange creamy pasta on a plate.
Top with sliced seasoned chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Tips & Variations
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Mix in steamed broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
Try different cheeses (Gouda, Monterey Jack, or Fontina).
