Creamy Garlic Chicken with Spinach

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. Make the Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Stir in cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  3. Add Spinach:

    • Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. Combine:

    • Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over.

    • Simmer for 2–3 more minutes.

  5. Serve:
    Serve warm with your favorite side — mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
