Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Spinach and Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

  3. Add butter and garlic to the same pan; sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

  5. Pour in cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.

  7. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
