Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
Slice sausages and crab sticks.
Dice your vegetables.
2. Make the Egg Base
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk/cream, garlic powder, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Cook Everything Together
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter.
Sauté sausages for 2 minutes until slightly browned.
Add veggies and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in crab sticks.
4. Add the Eggs
Pour the egg mixture over everything.
Stir gently like scrambled eggs until soft and creamy (about 3–4 minutes).
Top with green onions.
5. Serve
Enjoy as is, or serve over steamed rice, noodles, or with toasted bread.
