Cook Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Sausage:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook the sliced sausage for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Veggies:
In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Make Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheese & Sausage:
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Return the sausage to the skillet.

Combine Pasta:
Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until evenly coated.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Swap heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
