⭐ Instructions
1. Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, melt butter.

Add diced onion and bell pepper.

Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.

Let cool slightly.
2. Mix the Meatloaf
In a large bowl combine:

ground beef
-
sautéed veggies
-
crushed Ritz crackers
-
eggs
-
milk
-
salt, pepper, garlic powder
-
Worcestershire
Mix gently until everything is combined — don’t overmix or it becomes dense.
3. Shape & Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment.

Shape into a loaf.

Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Add the Glaze

Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and optional Worcestershire.

Spread half the glaze on top of the meatloaf.
-
Continue baking 30–35 more minutes, until cooked through.

Spread remaining glaze over the top the last 5 minutes.
Total bake time: 60–70 minutes.
5. Rest & Serve
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing so it stays juicy.

Swap Ritz for saltines if needed.
