 Ingredients:
For the Lemon Loaf:
1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

3 large eggs

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

½ cup (120g) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon extract (for true Starbucks flavor)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Lemon Glaze:
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

1½–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Optional: zest of ½ lemon for extra punch
