Ingredients
4–5 whole cloves
1 cup hot water
1 tsp honey or lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the cloves and let them steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Sweeten with honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
