Classic Pancake Breakfast with Scrambled Eggs & Sausage

Instructions
1. Make the Pancakes

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined (don’t overmix).

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Stack pancakes, slice into wedges if desired, and drizzle with maple syrup.

2. Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Remove and keep warm.

3. Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.

Pour in eggs and stir gently until soft and creamy.

4. Assemble & Serve

Plate pancakes with syrup, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties for a complete breakfast.

Result: A warm, filling breakfast with sweet, savory, and fluffy textures all in one plate.
