Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Layer the Salad:
    In a clear glass bowl or trifle dish, layer the ingredients in this order:

    • Lettuce

    • Tomatoes

    • Cucumber

    • Peas

    • Red onion

    • Eggs

    • Cheese

    • Bacon

  3. Add the Dressing:
