Instructions
Prep skewers: Thread 4–5 cubes of pork onto each skewer. Season with salt and pepper.

Bread the meat: Dredge skewers in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.

Brown: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry skewers on all sides until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Bake for tenderness: Transfer browned skewers to a baking dish. Add a splash of broth, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until pork is cooked through and tender.

Serve: Enjoy hot, with mashed potatoes, gravy, or applesauce on the side.

Tip: For extra crispiness, remove the foil in the last 5 minutes of baking.
