Instructions
1. Marinate the Beef
Mix beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tsp oil.
Let sit 10–15 minutes for tenderness.
2. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, and the cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Beef
Heat a skillet or wok over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp oil and cook the beef quickly until browned (2–3 minutes).
Remove and set aside.
4. Cook the Veggies
Add another tbsp oil.
Sauté onions, peppers, garlic, and ginger for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
5. Combine
Return beef to the pan.
Pour in the sauce.
Cook 1–2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
6. Serve
Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
