Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken

Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the bacon

In the same skillet, add bacon.

Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside (leave bacon fat in the pan).
3. Sauté mushrooms & garlic

Add butter to the bacon fat.

Add mushrooms and sauté until browned.

Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
4. Make the creamy sauce

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.

Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.

Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Taste and adjust salt/pepper.
5. Combine everything

Add the chicken back into the sauce.

Sprinkle bacon over top.

Simmer 2 minutes so flavors blend.
