Chicken in Creamy Spinach with Bacon and Mushrooms

Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken

  1. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

  3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  4. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the bacon

  1. In the same skillet, add bacon.

  2. Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside (leave bacon fat in the pan).

3. Sauté mushrooms & garlic

  1. Add butter to the bacon fat.
