Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Roll into small meatballs (about 1–1 ½ inches).
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides, about 6–8 minutes (they don’t need to cook through yet).
Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover again or place skillet under the broiler until cheese melts and turns bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.
