Instructions
1. Preheat
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make the meatloaf mixture
In a large bowl, combine:

Ground beef

Breadcrumbs
-
Mozzarella
-
Parmesan
-
Eggs
-
Onion
-
Garlic
-
Marinara
-
Italian seasoning
-
Salt, pepper
-
Worcestershire (if using)
Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
3. Shape and bake

Form into a loaf in a baking dish.

Spread a thin layer of marinara on top.

Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
4. Add extra cheese

During the last 10 minutes, add more mozzarella on top if you want it extra cheesy.

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
