Cheesy Italian Meatloaf

Instructions

1. Preheat

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Make the meatloaf mixture

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Ground beef

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Eggs

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Marinara

  • Italian seasoning

  • Salt, pepper

  • Worcestershire (if using)

Mix until just combined—do not overmix.

3. Shape and bake

  • Form into a loaf in a baking dish.

  • Spread a thin layer of marinara on top.

  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).

4. Add extra cheese

  • During the last 10 minutes, add more mozzarella on top if you want it extra cheesy.

  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.


Serving Suggestions

  • With garlic mashed potatoes

  • Over buttered noodles

  • With roasted vegetables

  • On a toasted roll for a meatloaf sandwich
