Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix rice, soups, chicken broth, milk, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken and 1 cup of cheese.

Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Top and finish: Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
