Make the cheesecake mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold in whipped topping:
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Add fruit:
Add your prepared fruit to the cheesecake mixture and fold gently until evenly coated.
Chill & serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with extra berries or mint if desired.
Tip: For extra flavor, mix in 1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice or zest to brighten the cheesecake cream.
