Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Instructions

1. Mix the sauce

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • soy sauce

  • oyster sauce

  • cornstarch

  • water

  • brown sugar

  • vinegar (if using)

Set aside.


2. Cook the vegetables

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.

  2. Add broccoli and cook for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release liquid.

  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.


3. Add the sauce

  1. Pour the sauce over the vegetables.

  2. Stir and simmer until thickened and the broccoli is tender-crisp.


4. Finish

  • Drizzle sesame oil on top if you like.

  • Serve immediately.
