Instructions
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread blackberry jam evenly.
Layer slices of Brie over the jam, covering the bread well.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
Cook sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
Slice in half and serve warm.
Tip: Add a handful of fresh arugula or a drizzle of honey for an extra layer of flavor.
