1. Prep the Potatoes

Wash and thinly slice the potatoes into ¼-inch rounds.

Pat dry with a paper towel for extra crispiness.

2. Season and Cook Potatoes

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
