Ingredients
For the Dough:
500 g (about 4 cups) bread flour
100 g (about ½ cup) active sourdough starter
10 g (about 2 tsp) salt
325 g (about 1 ⅓ cups) water, room temperature
50 g (about ¼ cup) sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Filling:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar (for blueberries)
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar (for cream cheese)
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping (optional):
1 tbsp coarse sugar or sanding sugar
