Cook the pasta: Bring plenty of water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
Prepare the cream mix: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and grated Parmesan.
Fry the bacon: In a pan with olive oil, fry the bacon until crispy, then set aside.

Combine everything: Once the pasta is ready, drain it (reserving a little pasta water) and return it to the pot. Add the bacon and pour the cream–egg–Parmesan mixture over the pasta. Stir well so the sauce becomes creamy from the heat of the pasta. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
