Instructions
Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, pineapple (with juice), and vanilla. Stir until just combined — don’t overmix.

Bake: Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool completely before frosting.
