Beetroot & Lemon Blood Pressure Drink

Instructions

Add beetroot, ginger, lemon juice, and apple (if using) to a blender.

Pour in water and blend until smooth.

Strain if you prefer a juice, or drink as a smoothie for extra fiber.

Drink once a week, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

Tip: Don’t overconsume beetroot daily if you’re on blood pressure medication—once or twice a week is usually enough.
