Description

Ingredients

For the Bangers (Sausages):

8 good-quality pork sausages (Cumberland or your favorite style)

1 tbsp vegetable oil or butter

For the Mash:

2 lbs (900 g) potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)

½ cup whole milk (warm)

4 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Onion Gravy:

2 large onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp flour

2 cups beef stock

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste
